Services

All Thumbs Integrative Bodywork offers a full range of therapeutic treatments. Sessions begin with a full assessment of your wellness needs, resulting in a custom treatment plan catered to your well-being.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage helps those seeking relief from chronic muscle pain, reduces stress, assists with the healing process of injuries, and is often used in preventative care and health maintenance. Not to mention it’s extremely relaxing!

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a type of gentle massage that assists the body in detoxification and post-operation healing through the encouragement of natural circulation of the lymph through the body. Lymphatic drainage is used to treat Lymphodema, reduce scarring, promote a healthy lymphatic system and can even be used to provide a non-surgical face lift. All Thumbs employs the Chikly Method of lymphatic drainage.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the practice of using naturally extracted plant oils  to promote the health of body, mind and spirit. Aromatherapy can be used to treat many medical conditions, far beyond the typical goal of relaxation. Typical treatments include skin conditions, emotional issues, muscle pain, and more.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is the gentle manipulation of the cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia of the skull that eases the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord. Craniosacral therapy can be used to treat symptoms from migraines to TMJ and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Infant Massage

Infant massage benefits both your baby and you! Promote sleep, treat colic, help digestion, and relieve teething pains, all while bonding with your child. Studies have shown that infant massage stimulates the release of oxytocin, known as the cuddle hormone in both parent and child. All Thumbs offers infant massage classes to new parents in group classes and one-on-one.
